[REDACTED] was advised by Special Agent [REDACTED] [REDACTED] of the Federal Bureau of Investigation that the purpose of the interview was regarding an allegation that [REDACTED] the individual known as D. B. COOPER.

[REDACTED] advised he was not the individual known as D. B. COOPER, nor was he responsible for the hijacking of any aircraft. [REDACTED] stated he could not recall exactly what he was doing on November 24, 1971, and further stated he believed he was residing at the time somewhere in the State of Oregon, however, the exact location unknown. [REDACTED] stated that in 1971, he was [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and in no way was in need of any monies. [REDACTED] further stated he has never smoked cigarettes [REDACTED] [REDACTED] further stated he is currently [REDACTED] further stated he did not smoke in 1971.
