RE: Suspect [REDACTED b6/b7C]
---
On November 26, 1971, SA [REDACTED b6/b7C] at the Bureau advised me that the suspect had [REDACTED b6/b7C] [REDACTED] Oregon in [REDACTED] and that the Police Department and Sheriff's Office in Portland had photographs of him. He advised the Bureau had not communicated with Portland concerning this matter. I told him I would.
I made a call to ASAC VINCENT E. RUEHL in Portland and suggested that he have [REDACTED b6/b7C] photograph displayed to loading agent at Northwest immediately. In addition, obtain photograph of him from the available sources and run a background check on [REDACTED b6/b7C] [REDACTED] in Portland but that I would not contact [REDACTED]
