Teletype reference number and page indicator. Continuation (page two) of an FBI teletype. A redacted source stated that a subject named Richard R. Ruthel was active in sky diving while stationed at Paine Field. The message notes that the appearance depicted on an envelope sent to a Reno newspaper is very similar (presumably to the suspect). FBI Seattle indicates it will attempt to further identify Richard R. Ruthel, who was stationed at Paine Field in 1967. Transmission ends with routing code VAB and clearance indicator CLR. FBI Vault document bates/index stamp identifying this page as part of the D.B. Cooper file collection.
