On 11-30-71 while the writter was conducting other business at the Kittitas County SO, Ellensburg, Washington, a photo of DAVID GEORGE ALLEN was obtained as a possible suspect in this matter. It was learned that ALLEN is presently a fugitive from the Kittitas County S0 for forgery.
ALLEN is described as a WMA, 2-1-37, Witchita, Ka., 6', 200lbs, Blue, brown, FBI #980341D and his occupation was listed as a commercial [guess: pilot]. According to local official ALLEN is a fast talking con man who would be capable of anything. ALLEN on one occassion in 1970 while escaping from custody in Ketchikan, Alaska, obtained a canoo and rowed 200 miles down a river.
