Partial cartoon character (resembling Fred Flintstone) with the catchphrase 'Yabba dabba doo!' — text is cut off at left edge. Central message of the collage letter, composed of large cut-out decorative letters in ransom-note style, taunting the recipient that the author has won and the recipient has lost. Sign-off of the letter reading 'Sincerely,' followed by three solid black rectangles that appear to redact or obscure a name or signature. Partially visible text at bottom left, likely reading 'alAiS' or 'alias' in mixed cut-out lettering. Left edge is cut off. A boxed advertisement-style cut-out reading 'ACT NOW!' placed in the lower-right area of the collage. FBI case evidence stamp or identifier marking this document as part of the D.B. Cooper case file.
