This Driver's License has never been renewed. KEATING was described as living at 8521 Meridian Avenue North, Seattle, Washington; 6' tall, 175 pounds, and brown eyes. KEATING also had a 1954 Ford, 2-door, registered to him in 1963 bearing Washington State License Plate ANK-257.
