During the period of his residence and employment, however, [REDACTED] took a number of snap shots of subject and [REDACTED] and while he believed that he had forwarded a portion of these to [REDACTED] he might still have some at his residence.

[REDACTED] was recontacted 3/22/72, and advised that he has now determined that all of the photographs of [REDACTED] have been forwarded [REDACTED] He has called [REDACTED] and requested that they be returned to him and as soon as he receives these snap shots he will immediately notify and furnish same to the FBI.

[REDACTED] further advised that [REDACTED] appeared to be a W/M, about 34 or 35 years of age, originally from [REDACTED]. He was 6' tall and weighed 230 pounds with a very husky and rugged build. He had dark hair, a high forehead, and could conceivable resemble the artist's conception of subject if he were considerably thinner at the time the photograph was made. He noted, however, that on his visits with [REDACTED] both prior to November of 1971 and since November, 1971, [REDACTED] was in the over 200 pound category and definitely not as thin as that pictured in the artist's conception.

[REDACTED] added that he had never observed [REDACTED] wearing any type of glasses or sun glasses such as pictured in the artist's conception and also noted that while [REDACTED] claimed his intent to go to Oregon, [REDACTED] has since been contacted by [REDACTED] Phoenix, Arizona, telephone [REDACTED] advising that [REDACTED] had since visited him and also one other [REDACTED] spa in Phoenix where he obtained an advance in wages of $150 from [REDACTED] and $50 from another health spa on the promise that he contemplated going to work for them but failed to live up to this agreement. [REDACTED] stated he has no idea as to whether [REDACTED] is still in the State of Arizona but stated that additional information concerning [REDACTED] whereabouts could probably be determined from interview of [REDACTED]
