OPTIONAL FORM NO. 10 MAY 1962 EDITION GSA FPMR (41 CFR) 101-11.6 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Memorandum

TO : SAC, SEATTLE (164-81) (P) DATE: 5/22/72

FROM : SA JOSEPH T. SHEEHAN

SUBJECT: SUSPECT 357 - BOB COOPER NORJAK OO: SEATTLE

---

On 4/26/72, sources at the Washington State Department of Welfare advised that ROBERT D. COOPER, SSAN 539-40-3483, date of birth 3/15/44, drew welfare payments at the following addresses:

23 West Galer, Seattle; 321 East Broadway, Seattle; 1404 Southwest Barton, Seattle.

COOPER was taken off welfare on 8/3/70.

On 5/12/72, SA [REDACTED] contacted [REDACTED] b6 [REDACTED], Seattle, at the Snohomish County Sky b7C Jumping Organization. [REDACTED] advised that ROBERT DARWIN COOPER, Suspect No. 267 in this case, had a birthdate of 3/15/44.

It should be noted that Suspect No. 267 was eliminated through investigation by SA [REDACTED]

It is apparent that Suspect 357 is identical to Suspect 267; and since Suspect 267 has already been eliminated, it is recommended that further investigation of this individual be eliminated.
