On March 2, 1972, [redacted] Fairchild Air Force Base, advised he is not familiar with anyone matching the photograph of D. B. COOPER but stated that [redacted] who formerly associated closely with the instructors at Sted Air Force Base, has a photographic memory and would possibly be able to recall anyone matching the description if such a person had gone through the Survival training at Sted Air Force Base.

[redacted] stated [redacted] would fit the general description in both height and appearance of the subject and has the type of mentality that would be capable of pulling off such a hijack.
