Mr. J. Earl Milnes, Special Agent inCharge Federal Bureau of Investigation, 1015 - Second Avenue, SEATTLE, Washington 98100.
Dear Mr. Milnes,
[REDACTED] Mr. Donald S. Murphy of Bremerton who was interrogated by two of your agents on April 27, 1972 here in Bremerton. At that time he signed a statement as requested by the agents, and I would appreciate immediately receiving a copy of that statement for my records.
On Friday I had a conference with Mr. Smith and Mr. Henry of your department, with my client and advised them that he could give no further statement to your agency until we had received the original copy of his statement given on the 27th April. I also requested that they provide me with copies of any video tape or tape recordings that might have been made at that time. They indicated that no transcriptions were made, but if they are in error, I also respectfully request that you provide me with that.
Sincerely yours,
[REDACTED - b6/b7C]
