Mr [REDACTED] of the Watt's Station, FAA, Seattle, called on November 28, 1971, and said that he had received a call from a [REDACTED] who said that he was Northwest Airlines [REDACTED] at Minneapolis. [REDACTED] requested certain information in FAA's possession relative to flight times, mileages, positions, etc., of flight 305 on the night of the hijacking.

[REDACTED] wanted to know if it was alright for him to give [REDACTED] this information. I told him that this was not the FBI's responsibility to decide on the release of this information from FAA and that insofar as the FBI was concerned, it would not interfere with us if he gave such information to Northwest Airlines.
