Re memo SA [REDACTED] dated 4/28/72.
On May 10, 1972, [REDACTED],
[REDACTED] Washington, was contacted and advised that on the day
of the big wind storm, which caused considerable damage at
Vancouver, Washington, he thought that he observed something
which looked like money floating in the air. He observed this
while he was working at a [REDACTED] Washington.
[REDACTED] further stated that he later went back to the area and
that he found nothing resembling money or a parachute. He ad-
vised that the white cloth-like thing he observed was some sort
of insolation and that he is convinced that what he observed
had no connection with the NORJAK incident.
