RE: JOHN STEVENS WHATLEY SUB 415

Subject WHATLEY was 30 at the time of NORJAK and is 6'1", 200 lbs., has brown hair, and hazel eyes.

WHATLEY's photograph was shown to the Seattle NORJAK witnesses in September, 1972, and they all said that WHATLEY's photograph in no way resembled their conception of UNSUB in this matter.

In view of the above, no further investigation is being conducted concerning WHATLEY, and he should be eliminated as a suspect in this matter.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
