On December 1, 1971, through contact with
records officer [REDACTED] United States Prison, McNeil
Island, a photograph of former inmate [REDACTED] was
obtained and mailed by routing slip to SA FARRELL in
Seattle. Likewise, a photograph of [REDACTED] was obtained
from the records section of the Tacoma Police Department
and forwarded to Seattle.
It is to be noted that the McNeil Island photo
depicts [REDACTED] as very heavy and according to those
acquainted with him it is a very poor likeness.
The photo of FERNANDEZ as filed to Tacoma
Police Department is an old picture and of poor quality.
