VENZ advised that JENNINGS is self-employed as a commercial diver and fisherman. He further advised that JENNINGS wears a full beard and mustache, and is described as being 6'4", and weighing 215 pounds.

During period 2/11/72 - 2/24/72, efforts were made to locate JENNINGS at Slip 8, but it was determined that he was out to sea with specific location unknown.

On 2/24/72, JENNINGS was interviewed and furnished the following information:

He stated that during the period 11/23 - 11/26/71, he was visiting his mother-in-law, MURIEL BROWN, 4223 Denker, Los Angeles, California. At that time he was docked at San Pedro, California, at Pier 41, Cabrillo Boatyard.

He further advised that he has had his beard since September, which is reddish brown in color.

As to his parachuting experiences, JENNINGS stated he has made only one non-military jump in 1958, and that he has not made a parachute jump since that time.

JENNINGS was observed and did not appear in any way similar to the composite drawing of unsub. JENNINGS' build is described as being extremely large as he is 6'4", and has a weight of 210 - 200 pounds. He has a full face and neck. It is further noted that JENNINGS smokes Kool cigarettes.

In view of the fact JENNINGS does not appear identical to composite drawings of unsub and his physical characteristics do not match description offered by witnesses, no further investigation is being conducted concerning JENNINGS unless advised to the contrary by office of origin.
