RE POSSIBLE SUBJECT: NEAL SUNDBERG SUB 445

Re Seattle Airtel to San Francisco dated 11/10/72.

The following credit information was obtained concerning the Suspect, NEAL SUNDBERG. He and his wife, ANITA have been known to the credit files since 8/70. These files list former addresses as:

5917 York Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota. 1931 Diamond Street, San Francisco, California. 18 Grande Paseo, San Rafael, California. These records list his employment as a salesman and the last employment listed was with Deaton Kennedy Company, Joliet, Illinois.

---

[REDACTED], San Rafael, California, after numerous attempts to contact him, advised on 1/5/73, that he formerally managed the apartments at [REDACTED] during the period that SUNDBERG resided at that address. He stated that these apartments have since been changed to condominiums. [REDACTED] recalled that SUNDBERG and his family were evicted during this transition period and that SUNDBERG left under unpleasant circumstances. [REDACTED] stated that there had been a great turnover since that time and in any event, SUNDBERG was kind of antisocial and did not make any friends in the neighborhood. He stated he could not recommend anyone in this area who could recall SUNDBERG.

---

[REDACTED] recalled that due to the circumstances under which SUNDBERG left, he subsequently had some correspondence with the manager of the apartments to which SUNDBERG moved at 1931 Diamond Street, San Francisco. He did not recall the first name of this manager but remembers the last name was LORINCZ.
