[redacted] advised that he drove CELCER and his male companion, age approximately 26, to Sky Harbor Airport, Phoenix, Arizona, in order for them to make plane connec- tions for Dallas, Texas. During their conversation, CELCER advised he was employed by DuPont, a developer, Port-Au- Prince, Haiti, by the U. S. Forest Service and a third job which he cannot recall. CELCER advised that he was capable of flying twin engine planes and had intentions of either selling or trading the sail boat for an airplane.

---

[redacted] advised that he checked the composite photograph of the unknown subject and advised that CELCER resembles the unknown subject, except CELCER's chin is not quite as long, thus making his face a little rounder.

---

[redacted] has a piece of paper bearing ALVIN BENTON CELCER's name and address on it which was written by CELCER. [redacted] described CELCER as being in his late 30's, well dressed, well mannered individual.
