Re Miami airtel to San Antonio dated 6/12/72, and Seattle airtel to Dallas dated 6/8/72 (Seattle file 87-13792, Dallas file 87-20207).
Seattle should be aware that the ALVIN BENTON CELCER mentioned in referenced Miami airtel to San Antonio dated 6/12/72, is most probably the same individual as the ALVIN B. CELCER mentioned in referenced Seattle airtel to Dallas dated 6/8/72 (Seattle file 87-13792).
In Seattle airtel to Dallas, it is noted that Seattle has placed CELCER in the Wenatchse, Washington, area during 7/71 and 8/71, and Dallas then looses track of CELCER until 11/10/71, when CELCER telephonically contacted the Salt Lake City Office of the FBI and spoke with ASAC VICTOR R. SCHAFER stating that he was residing in the Castle Haiti Hotel in Haiti.
On 5/16/72, CELCER was in Long Beach, California, and an attempt was made by FBI Agents to interview him concerning theft of Slickercraft cruiser boat, [REDACTED] from Leisure b6 Hours, Addison, Texas. At that time, CELCER requested of the b7c Agents that the Dallas Office coordinate future interview of him through [REDACTED] in Corpus Christi, Texas. Dallas has sent lead to Corpus Christi to have this effected. The following is a description as furnished by CELCER to Bureau Agents on 5/16/72:
