On September 11, 1972, [REDACTED b7D] contacted the Bellingham RA re captioned matter. He ad- vised that he can be contacted at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Bellingham, Washington, telephone [REDACTED]

On September 11, 1972, [REDACTED] was contacted at [REDACTED] Bellingham, Washington, whereupon he advised that he resides at [REDACTED b6] [REDACTED] Washington. He advised that [REDACTED b7C] [REDACTED] for sometime have been won- b7D dering about an individual and whether or not this individual could be identical with D. B. COOPER. He stated their sus- picion is based solely on a physical resemblance and the fact that the party reportedly is [REDACTED] [REDACTED] when several months prior, this party had re- marked how tough things were. [REDACTED] further advised that later on, this individual [REDACTED] [REDACTED] He stated that this individual is a white male, about [REDACTED] years of age and has been known by himself and [REDACTED] [REDACTED] for a number of years. He stated that he would prefer that his name and [REDACTED] name not be mentioned should this individual ever be contacted or interviewed by the FBI. He stated that before he reveals this individual's identity, he would like to have D. B. COOPER's photograph to show to [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
