RE: ROBERT E. HELINA SUB 555
---
On March 23, 1973, after several unsuccessful attempts, ROBERT HELINA was located at his place of employment, A-1 Type Litho-Prints, 3509 Freemont North, Seattle. At the outset of the interview, which was conducted by the writer and SA [REDACTED] [REDACTED], HELINA was advised of the nature of the inquiry. His immediate response was that he must have made an enemy either through his printing business or through the tavern he owns next door. He advised that the Internal Revenue Service had also been making inquiry and that his corporate tax returns had been audited this year following an allegation by an anonymous individual that he was not reporting his income. HELINA further advised that his tavern does not cater to hippy-type individuals and he feels that there is a definite possibility that one of these people may have a grudge against him.
---
HELINA was shown most recent photographs of the subject in this matter and advised that he did not know anyone who looked like the individual in the photograph. From obser- vation it was obvious that HELINA did not resemble the photo of D. B. COOPER.
