[REDACTED] Social Security Number is [REDACTED] His residence was shown as Manti, Utah, and date and place of birth as [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Employee card indicated he was [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and that he was employed as [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] stated that [REDACTED] worked in 1968 for them, but did not work for long; and in 1969 he began work on or about April 14, 1969. The last check he received was for the week ending November 29, 1972, and his total earnings were a little over $5,000.00 for 1969. He also received one check for the week ending March 28, 1970, in the amount of $271.32.
