Re Seattle memo of SA [REDACTED] dated 1/23/73.
On February 26, 1973, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Redmond, Washington, ad- vised that she suspected HAROLD COOPER, owner of Cooper Realty, 9100 Roosevelt Way Northeast, Seattle, as being identical with Unsub only because he slightly resembled the photograph of Unsub which appeared in a December edition of the Seattle Post Intelligencer. [REDACTED] was shown the color composite of Unsub and said that this drawing did not resemble COOPER as much as that which appeared in the Post Intelligencer. She added that the main reason COOPER resembled Unsub was that they both wore sunglasses of the same type. [REDACTED] said that she had seen COOPER only once when he [REDACTED] [REDACTED] She stated that COOPER was rather devious in his handling of the business deal and although she had no specific reason to suspect his involvement in Norjak she believed that he was capable of such a thing due to his "natural devious nature as a real estate salesman".

[REDACTED] was extremely nervous during the interview with Bureau Agents and was concerned that COOPER would learn of her contact with the FBI. She asked that neither COOPER nor [REDACTED], be informed of this interview.
She reiterated that she had no reason to suspect COOPER other than that he had not handled her business deal fairly and was probably capable of such a thing.
