Enclosed for Seattle are two (2) photographs of NORMAN WILLIAMSON.
On 1/4/73, Chief of Police DONN SAULSBURY (NA), Ukiah, California PD, advised that he felt NORMAN WILLIAMSON bore a resemblance to the artist's conception of DEAN COOPER which appeared in the December, 1972 issue of the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin. Chief SAULSBURY advised that WILLIAMSON is a school teacher, head of the English Department at Ukiah High School, and was clean shaven in 1971, but as of March, 1972, grew a moustache. He is from the State of Washington, between 45 and 48 years of age, 6' tall, 175 pounds, receding medium brown hair, parted on the left side.
