AT HELENA, MONTANA
On March 9, 1973, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Montana Department of Inter-Govern- mental Relations, Helena Airport, advised that [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Billings, Montana, registered with this office [REDACTED] as having an [REDACTED] under Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. He listed his employer as [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Wyoming.
Pilots operating in the State of Montana are expected to renew their registration each year; however, [REDACTED] has not done so.
If further information is desired on his pilot's rating, it is suggested that FAA Airman's Certificate Branch in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, be contacted where copies of all pilots' licenses are on file. There is no further information concerning this in these records.
