B. Cooper and said he was from British Columbia. This individual was described by [REDACTED] as being a Caucasian male, early 40's, 5'10½", 170-180 pounds, ruddy complexion, rounded chin, sideburns to about the middle of his ears, with slight graying hair, who commented that he and his partner had purchased 30 acres on the Island of Kauai to grow corn.

C. and has as a hobby car racing.

[REDACTED] stated that Dave Cooper and his two associates are presently at Victoria, B. C.
