RE: NORJAK UNKNOWN SUBJECT; BUSINESSMAN IN CANADA
A source of unknown reliability informed [REDACTED], that he, the source, knew the identity of D. B. COOPER and stated COOPER was a businessman in Canada. The source provided four polaroid copies of sus- pect's photograph which were shown to Norjak witnesses at Seattle, Minneapolis and Denver. All advised this suspect is not identical with unknown subject.
It is noted source has no evidence to link his suspect with Norjak, other than his knowledge that suspect is the type of person who would try such a scheme and possesses the daring and parachuting ability to carry it off.
In view of the above, no further investigation will be conducted concerning this suspect. The above is included for information.
ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
