Re attached Portland letter to Seattle, 3/29/73

The Seattle letter to Portland dated 3/21/73 was not sent with attached serial 4563 but it is recalled that the writer determined when covering the original lead that the previous manager was someplace in Alaska, and efforts to identify this man met with negative results.

It is felt that the only way to identify the former manager and secure his present location is through the [REDACTED] mentioned in Portland letter which is attached.

With no other serials in possession of the writer in this matter it is requested that the matter be reviewed and if the lead appears to have any potential that Portland be directed to contact either [REDACTED] the original source of the information or the [REDACTED] It is felt that in a matter of this type that the [REDACTED] would not have to be alerted to the source of the information being [REDACTED]

Further action is in this matter is being left to case agent.
