The following investigation was conducted by SA RALPH E. LAWRENCE, JR. at Phoenix, Arizona:
On June 11, 1973, Mr. MICHAEL F. GROOM, Chief Supervisor, Driver's License Records, Motor Vehicle Division, Arizona Highway Department, caused a search of his files which reflected that an Arizona driver's license B27071 had been issued on May 19, 1971 to [REDACTED] Phoenix. [REDACTED] description is as follows:
Race White Sex Male Height 6'2" Weight 180 Eyes Blue-green Hair Auburn
At this time arrangements were made to secure a copy of the driver's license application and photograph of the above past described driver's license. A review of the copy of the driver's license and photo has still failed to reflect any physical similarity or any similarity that would connect any information between [REDACTED] and MASTERS.
It is noted that Arizona driver's license B270271 was used as identification in the securing of Phoenix Post Office Box 1495 in the name of ROD or ROBERT MASTERS, 1202 North 17th Avenue, Phoenix.
On June 11, 1973, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Maricopa County Sheriff's Department, advised there was no record in file identifiable with ROBERT LEE MASTERS or ROD MASTERS.
On June 11, 1973, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Phoenix Police Department, advised there was no record in the files identifiable with ROBERT LEE MASTERS or ROD MASTER[S]
