Enclosed for Seattle are eight copies of an FD-302 concerning interview of EDINGER. Also enclosed are one copy each of FD-9 and arrest record for EDINGER under FBI No. 141 733 L1 and three photographs of EDINGER.

Detective CLEO DAVIS, Provo, Utah, Police Depart- ment, advised he believed a photograph of EDINGER strongly resembled the composite photograph of D. B. COOPER.

A review of information furnished by EDINGER along with photographs of EDINGER would not indicate EDINGER is identical with UNSUB in captioned matter; however, it is being left to the discretion of the office of origin to make additional inquiry at the Dutton Construction Company, 5720 Third Street, S.E., Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where suspect EDINGER stated he was employed during pertinent period.

This matter continues in a pending status in the Salt Lake City Division in view of investigation being conducted regarding ALVIN CURTIS HARTLEY, SUB # 437.
