COOPER advised at first that he had no idea where he would have been on November 24, 1971, other than during that period of time he was stationed at his present location in San Antonio. When advised that this was the day before Thanksgiving and not a holiday, he assumed that he would have been at work.
---
COOPER advised he has had a commercial pilot's license since 1959 and has had the complete Air Force Jump Training given to aircraft crew members, including para- sailing, however,he has never actually jumped from an aircraft. He is, therefore, not jump qualified. He advised he is not particularly familiar with the Northeast area. In August, 1967, he received three weeks of jump training as described above at Fairchild Air Force Base and on two other occasions while in transit from one military location to another he had occasion to change planes at an airport in the Seattle-Tacoma area.
---
COOPER advised that he smokes Belair cigarettes and in the past has regularly smoked Winston and Kent. His highest level of civilian education was a two-year AA Degree received in 1960 from ALLEN HANCOCK Junior College in Santa Maria, California.
---
COOPER considered his financial situation to be about average, he advised he is in generally good health, and that he drinks slightly on social occasions. He spoke with no noticeable accent.
