LEONARD D. DAVISON SUB #673

---

Re Butte letter to Seattle, dated 11/2/73, Seattle airtel to Butte, dated 11/8/73 and Butte letter to Seattle, dated 12/17/73.

DAVISON suggested as a suspect in this matter by Butte informant [REDACTED] who advised DAVISON rented a post office box at the Post Office in Boulder, Colorado, approximately November, 1971 and at the time resembled the artist's composite of D.B. COOPER.

Efforts to locate DAVISON all negative. A check with the Idaho Department of Motor Vehicles failed to reveal any record for LEONARD D. DAVISON, however, there was a record for LEONARD BERTIL DAVISSON, who is described as a white male, height 5' 9", weight 145, hair brown, eyes blue, SSAN 545-22-7434, DOB 10/4/23.

Since no logical investigation remains outstanding in this matter at the present time, the sub file concerning LEONARD D. DAVISON is being marked "eliminated" and unless any new information is reported, no further investigation will be conducted concerning this suspect.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
