---

[REDACTED], 1st Federal Savings & Loan Company, Vancouver, Washington advised on 5-3-73 he was reviewing records and noticed where CLIFFORD S. CHAMBERS, wife MERLON C. CHAMBERS, on 5-5-72 deposited $15,000.00 in cash consisting of $5000 in one hundred dollar bills and the balance in $50 and smaller bills. He stated there is no local address for CHAMBERS, however he listed [REDACTED] Bellivue, Washington. He stated CHAMBERS purchased six month interest certificate deposits and todate the account has remain as opened with no withdrawals. He stated CHAMBERS indicated he a and his wife were going to travel.

He pointed out he did not recall too much of a description but felt in view of the deposit in such a large amount and that there was no local address furnished, CHAMBERS might possibly be involved in the NORJAK matter.

SEATTLE AT Bellivue, Washington

Will determine identity and back ground of CLIFFORD S. CHAMBERS.
