The following investigation was conducted by SA LeROY R. ELLIOTT:

AT PORT ORFORD, OREGON

[redacted b6/b7C] on 1/16/74 advised that [redacted] in Port Orford in September, 1972, driving an old pickup with Nevada license plates. They immediately purchased a house [redacted] and paid the entire sum in cash, with [redacted] advised [redacted] that they had been traveling throughout the United States for the previous year just looking for a place to settle down. This was the first house they had ever purchased.
