while attempting to raise funds for [REDACTED b6, b7C, b7D], he was indirectly advised that an individual by the name of [REDACTED] would be the logical individual to contact for financial ventures inasmuch as [REDACTED] is extremely wealthy. He stated that he has subsequently met [REDACTED] who is [REDACTED] of Beaver-Mesa Exploration Co., whose office is located at 500 Midland Federal Building, Denver. He advised he has also determined that during recent years [REDACTED] was a [REDACTED] with Continental Oil Co. in the Casper, Wyoming area and was traveling throughout northwestern United States at the time of instant matter. He also stated that he has in the past observed an artist's conception of the individual known as D. B. COOPER and believes that [REDACTED] is very likely identical to COOPER.
