A polygraph examination to determine if [REDACTED] is telling the complete truth would save considerable time, effort, and money in investigation necessary to disprove [REDACTED] story. [REDACTED] has requested that Seattle Attorney, JOHN VERTREES not be interviewed, as [REDACTED] feels VERTREES would have him executed soon after any interview by FBI Agents. [REDACTED] has stated he would voluntarily consent to a polygraph examination "at any time". The only questions to be asked of [REDACTED] would be concerning captioned matter. Therefore, the polygraph technique would not jeopardize any other prosecutive action, either local or federal that might be contemplated against [REDACTED] however, it is not known that any such action is contemplated at the present time. In addition, it is also not known whether or not the subject has had a prior polygraph exam.
