RE: WILLIAM A. C. STUART SUB 739

The following investigation was conducted concerning STUART:

A Washington State DMV check indicated STUART's date of birth 11/30/39, address 5518 Empire Way South, Seattle, Washington, and that STUART did not possess a Washington State Driver's License.

Credit and criminal checks revealed that since March of 1971, STUART was employed as a management consultant by Stuart & Associates, and that he was employed by the Aero Marc Engineering Electronics Company, 12929 Empire Way South, Seattle, in January, 1974.

On 1/20/74, STUART was arrested by King County for driving while intoxicated, and his mug shot indicates he does not bear any resemblence to the artist's composite of Unsub in this matter.

In view of the fact that STUART was 32 at the time of NORJAK and does not bear a resemblence to the artist's composite, no further investigation will be conducted concerning him at this time.
