It is noted that the photographs enclosed would have been taken from the premises known as Ken's Photo Service, Ironwood, owned and operated by KENNETH AHO. This business establishment is located directly across the street from Ron's Camera Store owned and operated by RON SURPRANENT. It is well known in the Ironwood area that AHO and SURPRANENT are in direct competition in the Ironwood area in the field of photography and film development.

In view of the fact that the individual whose image appears on enclosed Milwaukee photographs in referenced letter, has been identified, and since this individual could not be considered a logical suspect in captioned matter, this matter is considered RUC'd in Detroit.
