Enclosed herewith is the original of a letter received from Mr. JOHN BAKER of New Farm (Brisbane), Australia, whose permanent residence is P. O. Box 725, Gridley, California; and a copy of the Sacramento Division's reply to Mr. BAKER.
For the information of Denver, in December of 1974, Mr. BAKER furnished information to the Sacramento Division concerning the fraudulent promotion of the 20th Century Motor Car Company in the Los Angeles area. Subsequent investigation by Los Angeles and the Dallas Division determined that the promoter of this company, who was using the name ELIZABETH CARMICHAEL, was in fact JERRY DEAN MICHAEL, aka, a bond default fugitive who was subsequently apprehended by the Miami Division.
This communication is being furnished to Denver in the event they have an investigative interest in STANLEY HAROLD ANDERSON or in the event additional correspondence is received from Mr. BAKER concerning captioned individual.
