Memorandum

FROM : SA [redacted]

SUBJECT: NORJAK OO: SEATTLE Bufile: 164-2111

Re: DAVID D. ROEBUCK Sub 799

---

ROEBUCK has been suggested as a suspect in this matter because he is an ex-military parachutist and is currently living in the Seattle area. He was suggested as a suspect by his acquaintance, [redacted] stated that ROEBUCK does not resemble the artist composite of unsub in that he is practically bald and has very light complexion. The following individuals who are familiar with suspect have been interviewed and all state that ROEBUCK does not resemble the artist's composite of unsub:

Major JOE CRISWELL; [redacted] Major GORDON CAMPBELL; Captain [redacted] Captain [redacted]

Subject's personnel records reveal that he was born 9/25/35, which would make him 36 years of age at the time of Norjak.

In view of the physical discrepancies and lack of any real evidence to indicate ROEBUCK should be considered a suspect in this matter, no further investigation concerning him will be conducted at this time.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
