On 11/30/71 [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Tacoma, advised he is [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Payne Field.
[REDACTED] stated in his opinion the composite photo does not resemble [REDACTED] nor does the descriptive data of unsub fit him. He stated [REDACTED] is at least 6-[REDACTED] and weighs 200# giving the impression he is much heavier. He does have a dark complexion and dark hair. [REDACTED] advised it is his understanding [REDACTED] but he could furnish no other background information pertinent to instant case.
