He advised that [REDACTED] had some basic disagreements as to running the business. [REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED] for the job and explained that [REDACTED] the [REDACTED] industry in California. [REDACTED] believed that this job was somewhere in Southern California in [REDACTED] California area as [REDACTED] advised he was [REDACTED] [REDACTED] advised that he still sees [REDACTED] on occasion and last saw him on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] advised that he has seen pictures of [REDACTED]
