ReButel, 11/1/76, authorizing use of hypnosis in interview of Mrs. RICHARD DALEY, Encino, California, to enhance her memory of an August, 1976, conversation regarding a skyjacking believed to involve NORJAK.

Mrs. DALEY was interviewed under hypnosis on 11/3/76 by Dr. WILLIAM S. KROGER at his office in Beverly Hills, California. SA RICHARD GORDON DOUCE, who is trained in hypnosis, conducted the pre-induction interview to acquaint Mrs. DALEY with the technique of hypnosis. Case Agent C. ROBERT STRANGER was present during the interview. A waiver was obtained from Mrs. DALEY and the session was tape recorded.

Mrs. DALEY responded to Dr. KROGER's induction technique and entered a medium-light state of hypnosis. Once Mrs. DALEY was hypnotized and regressed to the date in question, Dr. KROGER turned hypnotic rapport over to SA RICHARD GORDON DOUCE. The information Mrs. DALEY had previously furnished was then reviewed with her in detail and she supplied essentially the same information about the August, 1976, conversation she had given earlier in the investigation.

While under hypnosis, Mrs. DALEY also supplied entirely new information as follows:
