REFERENCE: Airtel 10/6/76 EXAMINATION REQUESTED BY: Seattle SPECIMENS:
---
Sixty-nine previously reported unidentified latent fingerprints in the captioned case are not identical with the fingerprints of Billy Jewel Sparks, born 3/5/32, FBI #819659J9. The remaining unidentified latent fingerprints, which were made by tips, sides, and lower joint areas of fingers, and the unidentified latent impressions were compared with the available fingerprints of Sparks, but no identification was effected. Inasmuch as the fingers of Sparks are not completely recorded in all cases, and palm prints are not available for this individual, major case prints of Sparks are needed for conclusive comparisons.
