RE: HAROLD MOODY CROSBY SUB 849

Re memo of SA [REDACTED] dated 10/28/76; memo of SA [REDACTED] dated 11/11/76; memo of SC LINDA ANN LEWIS dated 12/6/76; memo of SA [REDACTED] dated 12/7/76.

---

Investigation at Seattle was indicated that CROSBY does not appear to match the profile of the UNSUB in this matter. CROSBY is only 5'9" tall and weighs 145 pounds and has blue eyes and must wear corrective lenses. CROSBY is also an alcoholic with grey hair.

Although CROSBY does not seem to be that good of a suspect in this matter, the following lead is being set out to determine what his associates at Black-Clawson in Everett, Washington, have to say about him in connection with this matter.

LEADS:

SEATTLE DIVISION

At Everett, Washington

Will contact Black-Clawson and display artist's composite of UNSUB and determine from associates of CROSBY if they believe he is a good suspect in this matter. Note CROSBY worked as a machinist for Black-Clawson in the past.
