On 12/14/76, records of the Mobile PD were reviewed and revealed one HARRY HUBERT RAMSEY, WM, DOB 5/17/42, at Mobile, height - 5'8", weight 135 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes, with SSAN 423-50-2846, listing address as 1557 1/2 Eslava St., Mobile, was arrested on 8/20/75 for disorderly conduct, on 5/8/75 for public drunk, on 1/18/76 for public drunk and 9/10/76 for public drunk.
Records at the Mobile SO, Prichard PD, Chickasaw PD were all negative concerning HARRY HUBERT RAMSEY.
A review of indices at the Mobile Office failed to reveal any references concerning [redacted - b6/b7c] [redacted] SHARON MARGARET RAMSEY, SHARON MARGARET TAYLOR, or [redacted]. However, indices contains reference to HARRY HUBERT RAMSEY, MOFile 9-1072. A review of MOFile 9-1072 revealed one HARRY HUBERT RAMSEY had made a threat against employees of the Social Security Administration in Mobile. USA CHARLES S. WHITE-SPUNNER, JR. declined prosecution of RAMSEY in this matter as it was not suitable for Federal prosecution.
On 2/7/75, HARRY HUBERT RAMSEY was interviewed by SA [redacted - b6/b7c] and descriptive data obtained concerning RAMSEY during this interview indicates that individual is identical to HARRY HUBERT RAMSEY mentioned in reairtel in that one of the enclosures received with reairtel is certificate of live birth State of Alabama for [redacted] [redacted] born [redacted] to HARRY HUBERT RAMSEY and SHARON MARGARET TAYLOR.
