STALLION lives in a trailer at Golconda, Illinois, and his address is probably c/o General Delivery since Golconda is a fairly small town. [redacted] stated he vaguely recalled STALLION mentioning some friend or acquaintance named COOPER, but he does not recall the details of the conversation and he is unable to furnish any pertinent information about COOPER.
