Re Seattle airtel to New Orleans, dated 12/8/76.
Review of New Orleans indices showed a letter from [REDACTED] to the Bureau, dated 6/21/76. A routing slip from the Bureau to New Orleans says the letter would not be answered as prior communications from [REDACTED] have indicated she believes herself to be an FBI informer and that she allegedly receives threats on her life because of her informant activities. She has indicated she believed that local law enforcement authorities may have been behind the acts. The Bureau also advised the Dallas Office is in receipt of contacts by [REDACTED] and that office indicated she has a detective complex and Dallas recommended that correspondence from her be disregarded.
In view of the above, no contact is being made with [REDACTED] Louisiana.
