RE: PAUL MICHAEL BRYCE SE 164-81 SUB 891
A review of this file indicates BRYCE corresponded with the Seattle Division to determine in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act all pertinent information concern- ing him, particularly any information that had been collected by the FBI during any investigation of him as a NORJAK suspect.
Because of this fact, a file was opened even though no investigation had been conducted concerning BRYCE prior to his contact with the FBI.
On 4/22/77, [redacted] at the Boeing [redacted] [redacted] furnished information concerning BRYCE that indicated that his DOB is 5/27/32, is 5'7", 135 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes.
In view of the fact that there is no reason to sus- pect BRYCE of this crime, and in view of the height discrep- ancy between him and unsub in this matter, no further investi- gation will be conducted concerning BRYCE at this time.
