Repeated efforts to locate DARNELL CRAIN in Coulee Dam, Washington, by exhibiting his photo to local police officers was negative until 8/18/77. On 8/18/77, Chief of Police PHIL MC GEE, Coulee Dam, Washington, discretely exhibited CRAIN's photo to Coulee Dam City Hall employees, one of which advised that CRAIN had procured a buring [sic] permit to burn brush near Coulee Dam but that his residence was unknown. Repeated searches of public utilities records have failed to produce a residence address for CRAIN.
