On 12/9/76, at approximately 10:40 A. M., [redacted] (protect identity), [redacted] Washington, telephone number [redacted] telephonically ad- vised that he had a suspect, whom he believes is D. B. COOPER. He stated that [redacted] looks exactly like the composite description of COOPER that he once saw in the Tacoma News Tribune. He advised that this individual is [redacted] home address [redacted] [redacted] Washington. He stated [redacted] has informed him that he was once a parachutist in the Air Force.
He advised that [redacted] Missouri, and [redacted] [redacted] also is [redacted] [redacted] of Salem Light cigarettes a day. He advised that recently [redacted] Missouri, and Washington, that he[redacted] He stated that [redacted] seems to have a large amount of money that he cannot account for.
